What the app does on your device

Bridge positions, genus locks, harmonia assemblies, recognition drill scores, repertoire cue preferences, and custom tuning tags are stored locally (including via on-device persistence such as SwiftData) so you can resume work offline.

Pluck audition uses on-device audio synthesis. The core studio loop does not require a microphone or network connection.

What we do not do

• No third-party analytics SDKs
• No advertising networks or tracking pixels
• No sale of personal information
• No account registration wall for core genus, mode, and pluck features

Exports you choose

When you export a recipe sheet (PDF or image) or share a tuning summary, the file is created on your device and shared only through the system share sheet you invoke. We do not receive a copy unless you intentionally email support and attach material yourself.

Support correspondence

If you contact us at paulharms63@icloud.com, we receive the email address and content you send so we can reply. That correspondence is used only to provide support—not for advertising profiles.

System services

Apple may process standard App Store purchase, backup, or operating-system diagnostics under Apple’s policies. LyreGenus Mode Lab does not layer additional third-party analytics or ads on top of those system channels.

Children & education

The app is suitable for classroom and self-study contexts focused on historical music theory. Because the product does not collect personal data in the app experience, it avoids building student profiles.

Changes

If privacy practices ever change in a material way, we will update this page. Continued use after an update constitutes notice of the revised text for future sessions.
